Tammy Polenz- Vedas Fitness
Tammy Polenz is the owner of Vedas, an eco-friendly holistic focused fitness facility located in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. Ms. Polenz is an award-winning Certified Personal Fitness Trainer and Wellness Coach with over 20 years of experience. Through personal experience, she helps her clients identify personal pitfalls and empowers them to transform their own lives. Her past experience includes operations management for large gym chains, organization and management of multifaceted corporate wellness programs.
Eco-Friendly Gym design and club management are other services she currently provides for companies interested in creating a facility for their employee population. In addition, Tammy has authored numerous articles on fitness and has also recently authored Think Fit 2b Fit, scheduled to be on book store shelves sometime in the later part of 2010.
As an inspirational speaker she has made effective presentations to dozens of corporations, motivating employees to make healthy changes in their daily habits. She was featured in Oxygen magazine in 2002 for her accomplishments as a national fitness competitor in the Woman’s Trip Fitness, and again in 2003 as an upcoming fitness professional.
