I met this young man while driving home with my family the other day. He was pushing his wheel chair up the road in 100 degree weather. He only has the use of one arm, so he was struggling to maintain momentum as he zigzagged almost motionless up a hill that led to his home. I told my wife I was turning around to help him. We pulled to the side of the road and asked him if he wanted a ride. He said, “A push would be nice!” I jumped out of the car and pushed him the rest of the way home.
As we walked, I asked him questions about himself in which he told me he had written a book of poetry. He showed me the book and I asked him if it would be ok to share it with my network. He said absolutely!!
Here’s what I want you to do:
- Watch the video and share it with as many of your contacts as possible
- Buy Talmages book Feast After The Spirit at https://www2.xlibris.com/bookstore/bookdisplay.aspx?bookid=23087
He’s a good guy and could really use some help. Also, if you want to help him get home one day, you can find him at 10400 South, West of Redwood Road in South Jordan, Utah every day between 5:00PM and 5:50 PM (That’s when he get’s off work). If you’re on that road and are willing to help him out, please do. You’ll be glad you got to meet him. I’m glad I did!

I just met this young man this morning too. What a compelling story! I think he needs an electric wheelchair! He said he had one but it was on it’s last legs. Have you seen or talked with him since you met him last?
