Carolyn Fisher

Carolyn Fisher has been in the field of sports and teaching for over 20 years.

Native to Canada, she competed and trained over 80 thousand hours of Gymnastics and placed 4^th in the Western Canadian Championships.

She home-schooled her two children now ages 19 and 16 to college and 10^th grade.

She has been a professional mime, performing in National telethons and street fairs, Coached gymnastics for 20 years, been a sign language teacher for youth, and developed a successful public speaking course for young adults in which the students won many public speaking competitions.

Carolyn is featured in the Women’s sports book “you go girl!” and been in numerous televisions shows and movies including Sylvester Stallone’s “Over the Top” movie , in which a trucker (Stallone ) seeks recognition from his son and the arm wrestling community through winning the World Championships.

She has traveled to Japan, Canada and United States claiming 4 World Titles in Arm Wrestling and hundreds of National and International Titles. She is currently the only woman to hold both East and West Coast National Titles in the same year.

Besides teaching high school and Junior High P E and a private school she finds time to travel and give talks sharing her insights from her life.

In this recorded coaching session with Malea, I discover that Malea is experiencing a physical loss which is affecting her mental and physical performance.

I have great relationships with therapists because there are certain tools that they carry which can be valuable to my clients. The loss that Malea is experiencing is affecting her daily routines. The things she used to be able to do with ease are now difficult. The mental and emotional struggle she is facing makes it hard to set and keep her promises and goals.

You don’t have to be sick or crazy to reap the benefits of therapy. It can be a very valuable tool for dealing with the deep emotional trauma that comes with loss, depression and other ailments.

Becky is blind from retinitis pigmentosa and has had a guide dog by her side for 13 years … currently second guide, Cricket.

Robin Pulley, NMD

Robin R Pulley, NMD is a former stockbroker with a degree in Three-Dimensional Sculpture, Art and Design (probably one of the few lady welders you will ever meet).  Robin is also a Professional Photographer with many nationally published photographs.

Kevin Day Kday Racing

Over the past 16 years (7 of which have been as a professional) Kevin has been racing bicycles in and around Utah and across the Unites States. During that time he’s been fortunate enough to be a part of many elite cycling teams and make great friends from all over the world.

Kevin is a three time State Champion in the Utah State Championship, Three time Intermountain Cup over-all points leader and placed first at the 24 hours of Targhee. He has also had multiple top five finishes in both Cross Country and Short Track events on a national level.

Through this experience He’s been able to see and ride in some pretty cool places, come across his fair share of mechanical issues and struggle with the stresses and physical demands of bicycle racing. Being a professional athlete is far more work than Kevin had ever imagined and takes up more time than your average full time job. The rewards though are worth every bit of time, effort and $$ he’s spent to get there.

Thankfully Kevin has the support of a great family who have stood by his side and cheered through every up and down of his professional cycling career.
