Attention CEO’s, Business Owners, Entrepreneurs and Managers–The Training That Makes All Of Your Other Training’s Work
DID YOU KNOW?
According to the society of human resource management, only 33 percent of workers are engaged in their jobs, 49 percent are not engaged, and 18 percent are actively disengaged. The Gallup Organization defines the categories as follows:
- Engaged employees work with passion and feel a profound connection to their company. They drive innovation and move the organization forward.
- Non-engaged employees have essentially “checked out.” They sleepwalk through workdays. They put in time but don’t approach their work with energy or passion.
- Actively disengaged employees aren’t just unhappy at work; they’re busy acting out their unhappiness. Every day, these workers undermine what engaged co-workers accomplish.
Gallup researchers, who base the Employee Engagement Index on a survey of nearly 42,000 randomly selected adults, estimate that disengaged workers cost U.S. businesses as much as $350 billion a year.
The Harvard Business Review shares how other organizations use analytics to improve their management of human capital:
- Almost every company we’ve studied says it values employee engagement, but some—including Starbucks, Limited Brands, and Best Buy—can precisely identify the value of a 0.1% increase in engagement among employees at a particular store. At Best Buy, for example, that value is more than $100,000 in the store’s annual operating income.

- Many companies favor job candidates with stellar academic records from prestigious schools—but AT&T and Google have established through quantitative analysis that a demonstrated ability to take initiative is a far better predictor of high performance on the job.
Put Yourself In These Shoes For A Moment!
If I gave you $2,000.00, $5,000.00, $10,000.00 or more a month, and promised you that I would give this to you each month for as long as you choose, adjusting it upward with inflation and your ability to perform; what could you create? This would be enough money for you to buy whatever it is in your life that you need; your health, your clothes, your house, cars, food, gas and everything else necessary for you to be creative. With that type of consistent income, you wouldn’t have to worry about money again, you would be free. The only stipulation is that you create value not only for yourself, but for me. All I ask is that you use your genius to provide a nice return, not only for your family, but mine and those I associate with. I’m giving you the opportunity to be as creative as you can be in improving the world in which we live, your livelihood and mine.
Imagine the possibilities of this. Could you not do anything if you never had to worry about money again? Could you build your dreams the way you have always wanted to? Could you do anything?
This is how an Intrapreneur looks at business. Intrapreneurs are like entrepreneurs in that they are creative, inventive, diligent, efficient workers, value initiators, team players and more. The only difference between them is that the entrepreneur starts and owns businesses and the Intrapreneurs work within the organizations the entrepreneur creates.
Intrapreneurs are just as powerful as the entrepreneurs. They have a lot of the same traits and abilities and they see their income as an opportunity to create value for all. Intrapreneurs are self-motivated and self-directed individuals. They are constantly looking for ways to improve the world in which they operate. They never wait to be told what to do or which action to take. They see the bigger picture and work towards its attainment. Intrapreneurs are what great organizations deserve.
Are your employees Intrapreneurs? Do your employees care only about doing what they are told and lack self-direction? Does it seem like your employees are only working to collect a paycheck and perform at the minimum required levels? Do you sometimes feel like your job as an employer is to take care of your employees or babysit them? Do your employees lack accountability? Are they saying negative outcomes are always someone else’s fault? Is your work culture one of unaccountability, backbiting, gossiping, and individuals who care only for themselves? Do your employees talk about creating grand futures and possibilities or would they just as soon talk about their favorite TV show? Are your employees dreamers? Are they value creators, efficient workers, team players, creative, inventive, diligent or anything else that would benefit others?
Sometimes we find ourselves or our employees with a mindset similar to pigeons in the park; pigeons that do nothing to care for themselves and wait for someone to feed them or to tell them what to do. Have your employees mindsets become like pigeons in the park? Has your mindset? What would happen to your company if each employee operated from the space of the Intrapreneur? What if they left the pigeon in the park thinking behind? Could you imagine what would happen within your organization if even a few of your employees took on the Intrapreneur mindset?
What is the CPT (Clearpath Training) School?
Many training courses deal with fundamental principles that cover myriad technical areas like people skills, phone skills, time management, sales, and many others, but few delve into an individual’s self-reliance and maximizing his or her human potential.
Taking control and ownership of one’s life and ultimately his or her outcomes, is one of the most important aspects of the information age. For nearly a century, individuals lived with the industrial mindset of gaining an education, getting a good job and retiring 50 or 60 years later. Our economy has shifted the responsibility for reliance from major industry leaders back into the hands of the individual. Many people have an opportunity to build thriving service based businesses by themselves as entrepreneurs or within organizations as intrapreneurs. The day of the traditional “employee” is coming to an end. The people who will have the most security in the new economy are the ones who take individual ownership of their outcomes. This program is designed to help individuals take responsibility for their outcomes, foster personal confidence and create dramatic positive changes in their environments. This course is designed to cover the development and implementation of personal performance and individual efficiency systems.
Through this program, owners and managers have an opportunity to foster self-reliance among their teams. Imagine running a company wherein each individual takes full responsibility of his or her position within that organization. He or she treats it as though it was his or her own business while honoring the integrity of the whole. The individual becomes engaged in his or her position and takes action to enhance the self and his or her surroundings. What could that do for you?
The 12 Week CPT School helps individuals and leaders recognize their power, abilities and responsibilities, and teaches them to use those for personal and group advancement. Each participant will have the tools he or she needs to perform at his or her best. The weekly assignments, videos, audios, group webinars and teleseminars are all designed to maximize the human potential. By the end of the course you will be engaged in the success of your life.
According to the Towers Watson Global Workforce Study, 2010, Employees know they’re responsible for their futures, but worry about their ability to handle it. Employees want more freedom and flexibility in their work, but don’t feel they have the tools and support they need to succeed in today’s environment. What kind of programs and managerial support are required to enable people to self-manage effectively?
- Fostering self-reliance on the part of employees
- Creating a more personalized work experience for segments of the workforce, aligned with how people add value to the business
- Strengthening agility and flexibility in the organization’s structure, processes, management style and delivery of workplace programs
The CPT School will assist you in creating the environment employees need to be successful.

I believe we all have an opportunity to make this world into anything we would like. I know you can choose to be anything you would like to be, if you’re willing to earn it.
I will tell you just like I tell the individuals and businesses I coach: your success is up to you. I cannot go to the gym for you and give you my muscles; life doesn’t work that way.
“I trust that as you ponder what I’ve done for me and my clients, you will apply and adapt these methods to your life. Following these ideas can assist you in reaching whatever it is you want. With the methods found in this book you can reach your dreams, whatever they might be. You can accomplish anything!”
