Do What You Have To Do Until You Can Do What You Want To Do


Nowhere is this more important than with your mental health. There will be days where all you can do is survive the mental challenges. That's okay! As soon as the fog clears, get back to doing what you want to do. You would never tell a person with a broken leg to hurry up and heal. A mental challenge or illness is just as painful and damaging. Give yourself the time you need to heal your mind. It's okay! You won't miss out on as much as you might think. So, just do what you have to do until you can do what you want to do.
